Norfolk Botanical Gardens Engagement

We had the most beautiful light for Emma and Kevin’s engagement session at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens. These two have crazy schedules and Emma was headed out of the country shortly after booking, so we made a mad dash to book their time spot at the gardens and since it happened to be a weekday, we were able to secure our spot at the peak of the rose garden blooming. Although I’ve been a member of the garden for a few years now, I have never caught the rose garden blooming so spectacularly during one of my visits. It’s incredible and so worth the trip, if you don’t live close.

We walked around to find the most beautiful light, danced, ran around, lied in the grass atop the hill, closed our eyes, threw our heads back and laughed in the sunshine.

I had so much fun with these two and can’t wait to photograph their wedding this Fall.
